Every Matthew2627 item is printed or embroidered on demand. Your order is made only when you place it, so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse.

What we will replace or refund

Returns and refunds will only be processed for items that arrive:

• Faulty or defective (for example, a misprint or flawed garment)
• Incorrect (a different product, colour or size from what you ordered)
• Damaged in transit
• Missing from your order

Not eligible

• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Wrong size ordered (please check the size chart on each product page before ordering)
• Incorrectly entered shipping addresses

How to make a claim

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. You do not need to send the faulty item back unless we ask you to.
